Our Structure

Business Bermuda is run by a Board of Directors with a smaller Executive Board and has both a Chair and a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO position is a full-time position with all other Directors giving their time on a voluntary basis.

Business Bermuda has a small, full-time staff consisting of, in addition to the CEO, a Marketing Director, Office Manager, and Accountant.

Supporting the team and donating their time on a voluntary basis are several Committees that cover areas of interest such as legislative change, international marketing, and local awareness.

We also have a network of members who generously volunteer their time to help us promote Bermuda internationally.
